About the Construction Manager Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and overseeing construction projects from the initial planning stages through to successful completion. The primary objective is to ensure that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.

Role Summary

The Construction Manager will serve as a proactive leader, responsible for the comprehensive management of construction projects. This position requires extensive construction management experience and strong technical expertise to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of safety and operational excellence throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects across all phases of execution.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and construction progress.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and HSE teams for seamless project execution.
• Review and approve project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi building regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
• Demonstrated experience as a proactive leader in managing complex construction projects.
• Strong technical expertise relevant to construction project execution.
• Proven ability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
