Content Moderator at Noble Horizon

Noble Horizon is seeking a Content Moderator to join its operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our platform by ensuring that all ads and listings adhere to established posting standards, thereby providing users with a safe and trustworthy experience.

Role Overview and Impact

As a Content Moderator, you will operate within the back office, primarily focusing on the review and validation of user-submitted ad requests. Your key objective will be to ensure all content aligns with Noble Horizon's posting guidelines. A significant part of this role involves proactively identifying and reporting any fraudulent or suspicious activities to protect the platform's security and user trust.

Core Responsibilities

• Review and approve user-submitted ads in accordance with Noble Horizon’s posting guidelines.
• Process Ads and Subscriptions requests, verifying payment confirmation and compliance before publication.
• Identify and promptly report fake, misleading, or scam ads to safeguard platform integrity.
• Verify that all listings meet specified content and image quality standards.
• Communicate professionally and timely with users regarding ad status, including approvals, rejections, or requests for clarification.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all moderation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to efficiently resolve ad-related issues.
• Generate regular reports detailing moderation trends, common violations, and identified fraud cases.
• Contribute ideas and insights to improve moderation processes and enhance overall user safety on the platform.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in ads moderation, customer operations, or platform support.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and the proven ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with online publishing tools.
