About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing the company's contractual relationships and ensuring compliance across all projects.

Role Overview

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all contractual agreements, from initial review to ongoing management. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of contract law and its application within the construction and contracting sector, ensuring effective risk mitigation and adherence to obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts with government and private sector clients, as well as with various contractors.
• Conduct thorough reviews of new contracts prior to execution.
• Administer and manage existing contractual agreements effectively.
• Implement strategies for contractual risk mitigation.
• Oversee claims management processes.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and manage contract renewals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in managing contracts with government and private sector clients, as well as contractors.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Strong experience in reviewing new contracts and managing existing agreements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contractual risk mitigation, claims management, contractual obligations, renewals, and compliance.
• Experience in the construction and contracting sector is highly preferred.
