About the Role

WAFY is seeking a Creative Production Assistant Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position will contribute to building Saudi Arabia's leading experiences platform by ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in creative production, content management, or marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Creative Production Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading creative production efforts for photo shoots, video content, digital campaigns, and branded materials.
• Managing WAFY's monthly content calendar across social media, the platform, email, and other marketing channels.
• Ensuring all creative assets adhere to WAFY's premium brand identity and standards.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, photographers, videographers, and designers.
• Overseeing the quality of vendor storefront content to ensure platform listings meet high standards.
• Managing production timelines, creative briefs, approval processes, and digital asset libraries.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• 3–5 years of experience in Creative Production, Content Management, or Marketing Operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple creative projects concurrently.
• A keen eye for design, branding, and content quality.
• Experience working with creative agencies and freelancers.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
