About the Role

Transit Petroleum Services Company (شركة ترانزيت) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for enhancing our customer service operations and ensuring a professional, high-quality experience for all our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Accurately receive, record, and categorize customer complaints and reports.
• Handle direct inquiries and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow up on all complaints and reports with relevant departments until resolution.
• Communicate updates on reports and cases to customers as required.
• Document all calls, notes, and customer data within the designated system.
• Escalate urgent or sensitive situations to the direct supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to service quality standards, response time metrics, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects the brand image and identity of Transit Petroleum Services Company.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Proficiency in Arabic is essential; a good command of English is preferred.
