Delivery Manager Business Systems and Applications Changes

About the Role

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager, Business Systems and Applications Changes, to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves owning the delivery of business systems and application changes for a prominent Saudi banking client. The manager will oversee demand and enhancement delivery across various business units, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HC, and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire demand intake process, from initial request through implementation and production release.
• Coordinate the readiness of Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Documents (SRD), ensuring adherence to SDLC governance.
• Apply Agile delivery methodologies and experience throughout the change lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office, Business Owners, and BT delivery teams.
• Ensure the prioritization, quality, and timely execution of all application changes.
• Provide comprehensive portfolio visibility and regular delivery reporting.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing business systems and application changes, preferably within the banking sector.
