About the Role

TMC Middle East is seeking an experienced Deployment Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of system and application deployments into production environments. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves managing the intersection of change management, testing governance, and production operations to ensure validated, compliant, and stable deployments.

Role Context

The Deployment Manager is responsible for ensuring that all changes are properly validated, compliantly deployed, and stable before formal acceptance into the production environment. This involves a focus on maintaining operational integrity and adherence to established procedures throughout the deployment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments. This includes ensuring all dependencies, risks, prerequisites, approvals, and rollback plans are established before any change reaches production.
• Manage change testing and validation, confirming that functional, integration, regression, and business acceptance criteria are met, and securing production readiness sign-offs from relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee production deployments and manage the post-deployment stability period. This involves defining validation criteria, monitoring system behavior and key processes, and formally closing the stability period once the solution is confirmed as operating correctly.
• Continuously monitor deployed systems and production processes to detect discrepancies between approved procedures and actual behavior, escalating any deviations that could represent a policy, control, or regulatory breach.
• Lead post-deployment reviews, manage deployment-related risks and issues across technical, business, security, and vendor teams, and maintain governance records and regular reporting on deployment status, readiness, and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end system and application deployments.
• Proficiency in change management, testing governance, and production operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various technical, business, security, and vendor teams.
