About Neoleap and the Developer lll Role

Neoleap is seeking a Developer lll to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the technical design and development of enterprise applications. The role focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions and driving engineering best practices within complex development initiatives.

Role Purpose and Contribution

As a senior individual contributor, the Developer lll will provide technical leadership across various development projects. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable software, while also promoting and upholding engineering excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise software applications.
Lead technical solution design and contribute to application architecture decisions.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing software using modern development frameworks.
Review application designs, source code, and technical solutions to ensure engineering excellence.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical improvements.
Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance application capabilities.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Developer lll position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in software development. This includes a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level software solutions.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship

This role requires a commitment to fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. The Developer lll will actively mentor other developers, share knowledge, and guide the team in adopting secure and efficient development practices.
