MediServ is seeking a Diabetes Educator Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for providing essential education, training, and ongoing support to patients with diabetes and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the safe and effective use of diabetes management devices and therapies. The specialist will work to improve patient outcomes, enhance treatment adherence, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction through continuous educational initiatives and direct clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient education and product training related to diabetes management devices and therapies.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and engage patients to foster understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
• Provide patient follow-up and clinical support to address ongoing needs and challenges.
• Conduct reporting and monitoring activities, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure integrated support.
• Uphold standards for customer satisfaction, patient safety, and regulatory compliance in all educational and support activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally within diabetes education or a clinical support role.
• Demonstrated ability to educate and train individuals on complex medical devices and therapies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and professional engagement.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct interaction with patients and healthcare professionals in various settings.
