About the Role

شركة سهولة الوصول للتسويق (Sohola Access Marketing) is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for Sohola and its diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong agency experience, a deep understanding of the Saudi market, and the capability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and digital channels concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Lead and manage campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Oversee performance marketing activities, including campaign setup, optimization, budget allocation, and ROI/ROAS analysis.
• Formulate strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and conversion optimization.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer acquisition performance.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with creative, content, design, social media, and account management teams.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities in the Saudi and GCC markets.
• Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and scale successful strategies.
• Support client pitches, proposals, and the development of digital marketing strategies for new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior digital marketing and performance marketing team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and digital campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with Snapchat and TikTok Ads is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform reporting dashboards.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, attribution, funnel optimization, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, consumer behavior, and digital landscape is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Saudi or GCC-based brands.
• Experience managing large campaign budgets.
• Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or other digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or growth marketing.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a digital marketing team.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within a dynamic agency environment that requires managing multiple client accounts and projects.
