Central to this vision, the Hospitality Business Unit is responsible for developing a portfolio of hotel assets. Overview of the Director FF&E + OS&E Role

The Director FF&E + OS&E provides functional leadership and strategic oversight for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) across Qiddiya's hospitality portfolio. This role is responsible for establishing the necessary standards, strategies, and governance to ensure successful portfolio delivery. The Director ensures integrated operational alignment, effective budget management, program coordination, comprehensive lifecycle planning, and the execution of design into distinctive, high-quality guest experiences that align with Qiddiya's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee FF&E and OS&E cross-functional delivery planning from design and budget through to operational readiness, including sequencing, logistics, quality assurance, and readiness validation aligned with development timelines.
• Provide FF&E and OS&E functional direction on hospitality development integration requirements, ensuring alignment of operational priorities, implementation considerations, and coordinated execution.
• Lead the development, standardization, and continuous refinement of FF&E and OS&E operational frameworks, methodologies, and delivery approaches to enable consistent and scalable hospitality development execution.
• Manage functional interfaces and cross-disciplinary coordination to support effective communication, mitigate interface risks, and enable integrated decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide FF&E and OS&E operational enhancement initiatives, capability development, and knowledge-sharing practices to improve delivery effectiveness and maintain consistent implementation standards.
• Oversee FF&E and OS&E operational quality, delivery performance, and implementation effectiveness to support consistent hospitality outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end FF&E and OS&E lifecycle oversight, including planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, installation, asset tagging, and handover, ensuring alignment with governance requirements and operational objectives.
• Oversee review and coordination of FF&E and OS&E design specifications, value engineering activities, and material selections to support cost optimization, operational suitability, and guest experience objectives.
• Lead strategic procurement activities, including supplier engagement, frameworks, tender support, evaluation processes, and production oversight, ensuring alignment with procurement governance and delivery requirements.
• Lead strategic logistics planning, warehousing, customs coordination, and implementation activities.
• Oversee alignment with operator requirements, brand standards, and asset management priorities by managing reviews, mock-ups, and handover activities to facilitate smooth operational readiness.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in FF&E and OS&E leadership and strategic oversight, preferably within the hospitality sector.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
