About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Director Project Management & Delivery (Urban Core) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a project portfolio within the Urban Core development program. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves managing mixed-use developments, public realm, civic infrastructure, retail, F&B, commercial office, lifestyle, mobility, and destination assets.

Role Purpose and Context

The Director will provide strategic oversight across project management, delivery integration, program controls, procurement coordination, construction interfaces, operational readiness, and governance. The primary objective is to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with approved business objectives. This role requires a professional capable of translating development visions into executable delivery strategies and managing complex stakeholder environments to achieve world-class project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead delivery strategies.
• Manage programs and portfolios effectively.
• Oversee project controls and governance frameworks.
• Integrate design, technical aspects, and delivery processes.
• Provide oversight for construction management and delivery.
• Manage commercial aspects and contracts.
• Engage with stakeholders and authorities.
• Ensure operational readiness and smooth handover processes.
• Manage risks, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and develop the project delivery team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record in achieving project outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, risk, and operational performance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic development program focused on urban core projects.
