About Webook and the Opportunity

Webook (******** is Saudi Arabia's leading event ticketing and experience booking platform, recognized for its technology, features, agility, and revenue. The platform serves some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom, with sales surpassing 2 billion. We are seeking a Director of Business Solutions to join our team in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Director of Business Solutions will lead the delivery of tailored, high-value business solutions and customization projects within the Webook industry. This role functions as a critical link between clients, sales teams, and product/technology teams. The primary objective is to design, deliver, and optimize solutions that address client-specific needs and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of client-specific customization projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Partner with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Develop frameworks for scalable customization processes while maintaining client flexibility.
• Oversee solution implementation, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide consultative support to sales teams during pre-sales cycles to design tailored proposals.
• Track and report on project performance, ROI, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in business solutions, project management, or a related field. The position requires a proven ability to lead complex projects, manage client relationships, and collaborate effectively across technical and business functions.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on delivering innovative solutions for the event industry.
