Director of Sales

About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Sales to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving targets across rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls. The role requires a proven track record in sales leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities and provide coaching to the sales team to optimize performance.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals to contribute to maximizing profitability.
• Develop and implement sales plans designed to drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, and boost volume in food and beverage and banquet sales.
• Produce and review monthly reports to monitor and assess sales performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and external contacts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets. A strong understanding of the hospitality sector, particularly in hotel sales, is essential.
