About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Director of Sales to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth across all hotel segments by developing and executing sales strategies and fostering key stakeholder relationships. The Director of Sales contributes to delivering guest experiences that align with the company's hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies across group, business transient, leisure transient, and catering segments, aligning with the hotel’s commercial goals.
Contribute to achieving revenue targets and profitability goals by optimizing pricing, improving business mix, and guiding forecasting accuracy.
Facilitate regular strategy and performance meetings and contribute to long-range commercial planning through analysis of performance trends, market shifts, and revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with revenue and marketing leaders to align sales tactics with pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies, supporting forecasting and rate strategies.
Engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), third-party travel partners, and key clients to drive demand and improve conversion.
Track market and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain competitive positioning in group and transient segments.
Recruit new talent and drive team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
