About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Document Controller to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves the comprehensive administration of the project's Electronic Document Management System and the meticulous management of all project documents and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Administer the project Electronic Document Management System.
Register, distribute, track, retrieve, and archive all project documents and correspondence.
Process various project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, inspection requests, reports, letters, and transmittals.
Maintain stringent controls over document numbering, naming conventions, distribution, status, and revision.
Track overdue reviews, pending responses, contractor resubmissions, and approval workflows to ensure timely progression.
Prepare comprehensive document registers, status reports, and performance metrics.
Compile essential closeout packages, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and certificates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in document control within a project environment.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Strong knowledge of technical-document workflows, revision control processes, transmittals, and project closeout requirements.
Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail in managing and processing critical project documentation.
