The Role: Drafting Coordinator-EPP-KSA

VEOLIA is seeking a Drafting Coordinator-EPP-KSA to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 3 years of experience and involves coordinating and managing computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) workflows for both 3D and 2D software models. The coordinator will play a key role in preparing, reviewing, and redrafting processes in close collaboration with the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, manage, and oversee CADD workflows for 3D and 2D software models.
Review rough sketches and supervise the production of detailed work using CADD systems.
Lead the preparation, review, and redrafting processes in coordination with the engineering team.
Manage, maintain, and audit drawing archives and organized records, ensuring proper documentation of revisions, updates, and transmittals.
Assist, participate, and coordinate in the compilation of basic process design data, finalizing process schemes and equipment selection.
Act as the primary liaison to assist design engineers for process and design.
Carry out, review, and approve process and detailed designs, specifically for piping and gas.
Prepare and verify preliminary designs, drawings, detailed drawings, and fabrication details.
Participate with the design engineer in the final selection of process, plant, and equipment.
Liaise actively with project and proposals engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design; carry out design checks and certification as required.
Oversee product standardization and manage project engineering documentation systems.
Perform other duties related to the area of expertise as assigned by the design manager or designee.

Qualifications and Experience

3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards and guaranteeing team deliverables.

Adhere to "always safe" rules and coach colleagues on safety practices.
Follow road traffic rules, including fastening seat belts, maintaining speed limits, and refraining from mobile use, eating, drinking, or smoking while driving.
Be responsible towards Veolia’s specific sustainable development commitments.
Read safety moments, alerts, and other information shared by the HSE Team.
Inform the safety team before visiting any site, factory, or warehouse to receive induction and prepare LMRA and required PPE.
Maintain office safety by organizing files, closing drawers, securing electrical cables, reporting damaged electrical components, and ensuring a clean workspace.
Report stress, fatigue, harassment, or bullying at the workplace to HR/HSE.
