About the Driver Role at Jazeera Paints

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated and responsible Driver to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of company personnel, guests, and materials, while maintaining high standards of vehicle operation and service.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate company vehicles reliably and safely, facilitating essential transport needs for Jazeera Paints. The Driver will play a key part in logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and comfortable journeys, all while adhering to strict safety protocols and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles with the highest safety precautions to transport staff, guests, and materials as required.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
• Ensure proper handling and care of products during transportation to maintain their quality and integrity.
• Execute all driving and related activities using safe and environmentally responsible methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Vehicle Management and Safety

• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections, checking essential components such as oil, water, and brakes, to confirm vehicle validity before commencing any tasks.
• Continuously observe vehicle gauges and indicators to verify load stability and overall vehicle performance during transit.
• Follow up on routine maintenance activities for the vehicle and provide timely feedback to the supervisor regarding any abnormal technical problems encountered during driving.
• Promptly report any delays or accidents to the direct supervisor.

Customer Interaction and Product Handling

This role requires a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional and respectful. The Driver is also responsible for the careful handling of all transported products, safeguarding their quality from dispatch to delivery.

Work Environment and General Expectations

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring a proactive approach to daily tasks and a strong adherence to safety regulations. The successful candidate will be a reliable team member, capable of working independently while maintaining open communication with supervisors.
