Program Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes

During the Brightstar program, participants will develop capabilities and contribute to various initiatives. Key responsibilities and learning areas include:

• Supporting business development efforts to initiate and maintain contact with target companies.
• Assisting project teams in delivering a superior client experience.
• Gaining exposure to deep sector expertise and supporting engagements across accounts within chosen industries such as Energy, Industrial Resources, Financial Sector Industry, and Government & Public Sector.
