About the Role

Elegancia Arabia Trading is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to join its team in Al Rimal District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an HR professional with 2-5 years of experience, focusing on managing employee queries, HR transactions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR matters.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions.
Maintain employee files, records, and documentation.
Process leave requests, medical insurance, ticketing, and reimbursements.
Prepare employment letters and process employee information updates.
Respond to employee requests through HR service channels.
Ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery.
Support employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, company policies, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a relevant HR role.
Saudi nationals only.

Required Skills

Strong communication and employee relations skills.
Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR operations.
SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HR experience is preferred.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Al Rimal District. The role involves working as part of a dedicated HR team to support employee needs and maintain a compliant and positive work environment.
