J&T Express is a global logistics service provider committed to delivering efficient and convenient express services. We are currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to our operational excellence and employee welfare.

The Role: Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for managing employee contracts, administering various Saudi labor platforms, and overseeing daily HR operations. This role is critical in ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and facilitating a smooth employee lifecycle administration within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer government platforms including Qiwa (contracts, transfers), Muqeem (Iqamas, visas), GOSI (registrations), MUDAD (WPS compliance), and Absher.
• Manage employee contracts by tracking expiries, drafting and processing renewals, and uploading authenticated contracts to Qiwa 60–90 days prior to deadlines.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, which involves issuing HR letters such as Salary Certificates and NOCs, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating End of Service Benefit (EOSB) clearances.
• Resolve employee inquiries and grievances, support Saudization (Nitaqat) targets, and ensure adherence to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations or HR operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with Saudi Labor Law and government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, MUDAD, Absher).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for contract management and compliance.
• Ability to handle employee inquiries and grievances professionally and effectively.
