About the Role

Ma’aden is seeking an Engineer, Facility Management to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective Facility Management (FM) projects across Ma’aden facilities. The Engineer will control project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk to ensure operational protection, strengthen asset performance, and secure compliant handovers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver FM capital, renovation, infrastructure, and improvement projects according to approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE standards.
Drive project execution from requirements and design review through commissioning, handover, and close-out phases.
Approve practical and maintainable civil and multidisciplinary solutions.
Validate technical submissions, inspections, testing, defect resolution, and handover records.
Control project budgets, claims, variations, schedule risks, and corrective actions.
Enforce Ma’aden HSE, permit-to-work, regulatory, and building-code requirements.
Drive contractor delivery, safety, quality, resourcing, and contractual performance.
Align FM, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Finance, users, and service providers on project decisions.
Report progress, risks, and actions clearly, capture lessons learned, and standardize effective delivery practices.

Projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to scope.
Facilities are handed over complete, compliant, and ready for operation.
Risks, variations, and contractor performance gaps are resolved early.
Clear reporting supports timely decision-making and strengthens future project delivery.
