The Engineering Supervisor Opportunity in Riyadh

Almarai, the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy company and a leading food and beverage manufacturer in the MENA region, is seeking a Full-time Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring efficient engineering and maintenance services within a large process industry environment.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing a self-directing multi-skilled team. The primary objective is to deliver comprehensive engineering and maintenance services, ensuring that all internal customer requirements are consistently met. This position plays a critical role in upholding management performance requirements for process engineering operations and services, alongside maintaining defined safety and quality standards across all operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team to provide engineering and maintenance services.
• Ensure that internal customer requirements for engineering and maintenance are consistently met.
• Verify that all process engineering operations and services adhere to management performance requirements.
• Confirm that all operational activities comply with defined safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within a large process industry.
• Good knowledge of the operation and maintenance of advanced/automated meat process equipment.
• Good knowledge of the operation and maintenance of utility equipment, including Steam, Refrigeration, Air, Water, Electrical Distribution, Gear motors, and Vacuum Pumps.
