Role Overview: Executive Director - Development (Commercial Office Development)

This full-time position is for an Executive Director specializing in Commercial Office Development, based in Riyadh Province, Riyadh. The role involves a central leadership function in guiding complex office development initiatives within a high-profile and evolving organization. The Executive Director will contribute to shaping development plans that support broader business priorities, collaborating with internal leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to ensure progress, alignment, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of office development initiatives.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and ensure delivery quality across multiple development projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
Drive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
