Role Summary: Facilities Service Officer (FSO)

The Facilities Service Officer (FSO) plays a crucial role in ensuring the provision of exceptional operational services. This full-time position focuses on creating a positive experience for beneficiaries and visitors, supporting daily facility operations, and coordinating closely with various teams to uphold service quality and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and greet visitors and beneficiaries, providing necessary support and assistance.
• Offer information and guidance related to facilities and available services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up on maintenance and service requests, coordinating with relevant authorities until completion.
• Monitor facility readiness and report any faults or observations requiring intervention.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety of facilities.
• Prepare daily reports and document observations and operational activities.
• Coordinate with security, maintenance, cleaning, and operations teams to ensure service continuity.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that reflects the company's image.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Experience and Attributes

This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
