About the Role

W Hotels is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences within the food and beverage service, extending beyond basic meal service. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables according to established standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Clean work areas and maintain supplies.

Operational Duties

The Guest Service Expert is responsible for integrating transactions seamlessly into the overall guest experience. This includes:

Ensuring a safe workplace environment.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Upholding established quality standards for service.
Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and attention to detail, including:

Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Reading and visually verifying information, such as menu details.
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
