Role Overview

LanceSoft Saudi Arabia is seeking a Finance Operations Lead / Cluster Finance Lead at a Senior Manager level. This contract position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves comprehensive ownership of finance operations for assigned clusters, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards for financial close and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end ownership of finance operations for designated clusters.
• Ensure all financial close and reporting activities comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Maintain rigorous month-end close and reporting discipline.
• Lead finance teams effectively, particularly during periods of transition.
• Interface and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and central finance teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in IFRS implementation and operations.
• Demonstrated strong ownership of IFRS close and reporting processes.
• Experience leading finance teams through organizational or operational transitions.
• Prior experience in shared services or multi-entity environments is critical.
• Background working within large, complex organizations, with a preference for experience in healthcare, public sector, utilities, or other regulated industries.
• Typically 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, commensurate with a Senior Manager level role.

• Ability to operate effectively and adapt within transitional or shared-services environments.
• Strong discipline and attention to detail in all aspects of month-end close and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with senior stakeholders.

Work Environment and Location

This is a contract position primarily based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the ability to work in various locations across Saudi Arabia, including Tabuk, Al-Baha, Northern Borders, Hafar Al-Batin, Taif, Najran, and Al-Ahsa, as business needs dictate.
