About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting dining and event services, contributing to memorable guest experiences. The role focuses on delivering hospitality and ensuring high standards of service across various food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support all Food & Beverage operations, including bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
Greet guests, take and serve orders accurately, and maintain a consistently high level of service.
Prepare and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being.
