About the Role

Golf Saudi is seeking a General Manager to provide overall leadership and direction for a key location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the company's vision and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for the location, ensuring alignment with Golf Saudi’s vision, values, and strategic objectives.
Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of all staff.
Lead and coach the leadership team, including the Deputy General Manager, to maintain operational excellence.
Ensure smooth execution of all location operations, including golf programs, events, facility management, and guest services.
Develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and drive profitability.
Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Implement operational policies and procedures in line with Golf Saudi standards.
Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
Foster community engagement and support local marketing efforts to promote the brand.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of management experience in hospitality, golf, or related sectors.
At least 4 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and delivering business growth.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and navigate stairs.
