DallahHealth, a prominent healthcare provider based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Governance Manager to join its team. This full-time position is crucial for establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks across the organization's payer contracts.

Role Overview

The Governance Manager is responsible for the establishment, implementation, and comprehensive oversight of governance frameworks specifically for payer contracts. This role ensures strict compliance with CCHI regulations, NPHIES requirements, and internal policies. A core objective is to safeguard revenue integrity, minimize financial and operational risks, and enhance transparency throughout the organization's contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain comprehensive contract governance frameworks across all payer agreements.
• Ensure strict compliance with CCHI regulations, NPHIES standards, and internal organizational policies.
• Develop and implement contract governance policies, procedures, and standards, including contract lifecycle management processes (creation, approval, renewal, termination).
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and approval matrices for effective contract management.
• Oversee contract implementation and ensure accurate system configuration within Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and billing systems.
• Monitor adherence to contract terms, identify deviations, and ensure proper interpretation and application across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to contract gaps, pricing errors, or misinterpretation, implementing controls to prevent revenue leakage and ensure correct reimbursement.
• Conduct regular contract audits and compliance reviews, developing dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and compliance.
• Analyze reimbursement trends, variances, and payer performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Act as the primary governance liaison between RCM, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams, coordinating with payer contracting teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract governance best practices.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of a centralized contract repository, implementing version control, audit trails, and documentation standards, while ensuring accessibility and security of records.
• Identify opportunities for automation in contract management and governance processes, supporting the implementation of relevant systems and enhancing efficiency through digital tools and analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in governance, contract management, or a closely related field, preferably within the healthcare sector. A strong understanding of CCHI regulations, NPHIES requirements, and relevant healthcare laws is essential for this role.
