Core Responsibilities

Deliver role-specific work as described in the posting for the associated Request for Proposal (RFP).
Coordinate assigned evidence, estimates, availability, and technical inputs with the FuntoNetwork proposal team.
Maintain accurate and timely work products aligned with client requirements and the submission schedule.
Confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records, and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
