About The Luxury Collection and the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position open to Saudi nationals only. The role focuses on delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for guests, extending beyond routine check-in and check-out procedures.

Role Purpose and Guest Engagement

Guest Experience Experts are dedicated to creating unique and lasting impressions for every guest. They take initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, guiding guests throughout their entire stay. This role empowers individuals to proactively address guest needs and ensure every interaction contributes positively to the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide range of services to guests, ensuring a seamless and positive stay.
• Handling operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Completing necessary reports and documentation accurately.

Physical Requirements and Workplace Conduct

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Guest Experience Experts are expected to be on their feet and moving around, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Duties also involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties effectively is crucial for guest satisfaction and business success.
