Role Overview

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for creating unique and memorable experiences for guests, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. This position empowers individuals to provide a comprehensive range of services, guiding guests from arrival through departure, ensuring every interaction contributes positively to their overall stay. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Strong commitment to maintaining professional appearance and communication standards.
