About the Role

Le Meridien is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Address guest requests and manage operational needs.
• Complete necessary reports and administrative tasks.
• Share information about the local area and its highlights with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

The role requires active engagement, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Guest Experience Experts will also take a hands-on approach, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
