About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and guiding guests throughout their stay, ensuring all transactions contribute to a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to guest rooms or the designated bell area.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest and company information.
• Protect company assets and resources.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Communicate and present oneself professionally at all times.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related guest service or hospitality role.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks including extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking. It also involves navigating confined or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps. The ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds alone or 100 pounds with assistance is necessary.
