About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and guiding guests throughout their stay, ensuring all transactions contribute to a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to guest rooms or the designated bell area.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and company operations.
• Protect company assets diligently.
• Uphold high-quality service standards consistently.
• Communicate and present oneself professionally at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver guest services effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks including extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking. Candidates must be able to navigate confined or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps. The position also involves handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, or up to 100 pounds with assistance.
