Role Overview

The Guest Experience Expert guides guests throughout their stay, ensuring that all interactions and transactions contribute positively to their overall experience. This role involves managing operational needs, addressing requests, and providing information about the local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide guests with highlights and information about the local area.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to guest rooms or the designated bell area.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Physical Requirements
