About the Role

Galileo Global Education is seeking an HR Officer (Part Time) to join the team in Riyadh. This role is integral to supporting the day-to-day HR operations for Istituto Marangoni Riyadh, ensuring all activities align with Saudi labor law and internal company policies.

Role Overview

The HR Officer will primarily focus on critical areas such as payroll and personnel administration, meticulous management of employment contracts, maintenance of the HRIS, and providing essential recruitment support for both academic and professional staff. This position ensures smooth and compliant HR functions within the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll activities by accurately collecting and validating attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Manage the payroll system (ZenHR) and ensure the maintenance of precise personnel records.
• Assist with the efficient execution of onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
• Prepare, amend, and renew employment contracts for all staff and faculty members.
• Ensure all employee documentation is complete and fully compliant with Saudi regulations.
• Monitor contract deadlines and provide support for timely renewal processes.
• Manage the local portal system (QIWA) to ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative field.

Essential Systems Knowledge

• Proficiency in managing payroll systems, specifically ZenHR.
• Familiarity with local portal systems such as QIWA.
• Understanding of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.
