Role Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an HSE Manager with Metro experience to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with significant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management, specifically within metro or large-scale rail projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) on assigned projects.
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
Provide HSE training and guidance to project teams and contractors.
Ensure all HSE documentation is maintained accurately and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience as an HSE Manager, specifically with metro or large-scale rail project experience.
A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in HSE management.
Demonstrated knowledge of international and local HSE regulations and best practices.
Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
