About the Role

BSKL is seeking a Head of Marketing & Growth to assume full ownership of marketing operations. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires an individual capable of both strategic planning and direct execution across all marketing functions. The position is designed for a professional who can build and lead a marketing capability from the ground up, with potential for expansion beyond an internal role.

Core Mission

The primary mission is to drive measurable growth by increasing brand visibility, understanding, engagement, and service adoption. The successful candidate will manage both brand development and performance marketing initiatives, ensuring that creative efforts translate into tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy from planning through implementation.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitors, and revenue opportunities.
• Create and manage campaigns that link marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Define clear positioning, messaging, and brand direction across all services.
• Develop campaign concepts, content ideas, scripts, and creative direction.
• Produce or coordinate marketing assets, including video, photography, graphics, and copy.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as acquisition cost, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Continuously test audiences, offers, messaging, and channels.
• Study emerging social, cultural, and technological trends relevant to Saudi audiences.
• Experiment with new channels, content formats, and marketing methods.
• Build a recognizable and differentiated brand through compelling storytelling.
• Collaborate with business development and management to support revenue generation.
• Measure marketing impact based on business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
• Operate independently and execute personally, identifying needs for specialist support as required.
• Establish marketing processes, tools, reporting, and systems.
• Recruit and develop a marketing team if justified by growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing and growth roles.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution.
• Experience in understanding market trends, generating ideas, and creating campaigns.
• Proficiency in managing advertising, measuring performance, and optimizing campaigns.
• Capability to build a marketing function from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of content creation across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Analytical skills to determine campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Required Attributes

• Visionary with a high degree of agency, capable of proactive initiative.
• Ability to rapidly move from idea generation to execution and evaluation.
• Comfortable performing multiple roles including strategist, copywriter, creative director, analyst, and media buyer.
• Openness to experimentation, learning from failures, and adapting strategies based on data.
• Commitment to building a memorable brand and a robust marketing capability.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role initially requires independent operation and personal execution, with the potential to build and lead a marketing team as the function grows. The opportunity may extend to developing a separate marketing business or subsidiary based on the capabilities created.
