About the Role

Converge is seeking a Head of Trade Marketing for a large FMCG organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for leading the trade marketing function to drive commercial growth across the country. The role focuses on developing and executing trade marketing strategies, enhancing channel performance, and ensuring effective in-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies.
• Strengthen channel performance and ensure effective in-market execution.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to translate brand and business priorities into impactful trade initiatives.
• Drive customer and channel growth.
• Optimize trade investments to maximize commercial effectiveness.
• Strengthen commercial capabilities across the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of trade marketing experience within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated experience leading trade marketing functions and teams.
• Proven experience in developing and executing channel strategies.
• Strong understanding of shopper behavior, customer needs, and market execution.
• Experience in managing trade investments and driving commercial effectiveness.
