The restaurant combines refined cuisine with warm hospitality, providing an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This venue is central to the Host/ess role.

The Host/ess Role

As a Host/ess at Café Boulud, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable first impression. This full-time role involves upholding the exceptional service standards characteristic of Four Seasons, ensuring a seamless dining experience from guest arrival to departure. You will work closely with the Restaurant Management and Service team to manage restaurant operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and personalized reception.
• Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments efficiently.
• Oversee the flow of the restaurant to maximize seating capacity and guest comfort.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries.
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality at all times.
• Contribute to exceptional dining experiences through knowledge of the restaurant's offerings and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant's reservation and seating processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in hospitality or guest service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Important Information

This position is open to Saudi Nationals only, in alignment with our Saudization and localization commitments. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
