W Hotels is seeking a Hostess to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to providing exceptional guest service and upholding the brand's mission to ignite curiosity and expand worlds. Role Overview and Guest Experience

The Hostess plays a primary role in shaping the guest experience from arrival. Responsibilities include efficiently managing guest seating, preparing dining areas, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This position requires a focus on service quality and guest well-being, contributing directly to the overall dining atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and accurately determine the number in their party.
• Efficiently seat guests by identifying clean, available tables, assisting with chairs, and presenting clean menus.
• Guide guests through dining areas and provide necessary assistance.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings to organize seating for groups, including those with special needs.
• Ensure place settings are appropriate, with each guest having a napkin, clean silverware, and standard items.
• Check menus for currency, cleanliness, adequate supply, and wrinkle-free condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing "clean-as-you-go" procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
