About the Role

PlaceUp is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting the organization's human resources functions, with a significant focus on ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law, HR regulations, and government platforms. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations while upholding KSA employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Handle employment contracts, probation confirmations, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate visa, work permit, and Iqama-related processes.
• Support payroll preparation by providing essential attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with KSA regulations.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide guidance on company policies.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding.

Compliance and Government Platforms

A core aspect of this position involves ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labour Law and all applicable HR regulations. The Human Resources Executive will process HR transactions through critical government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad. This includes maintaining comprehensive employee records and preparing HR reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources operations.
• Demonstrated experience in handling day-to-day HR functions.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Saudi Labour Law and KSA employment legislation.
• Proficiency in using Saudi government HR platforms.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a knowledgeable and proactive individual capable of managing diverse HR functions within a dynamic environment, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
