About the Salesperson Role at Nice One

Nice One is seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join its retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated and customer-focused. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer engagement and sales within our retail environment.

Role Purpose and Store Contribution

The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers in-store, driving sales across the product range, and ensuring high merchandising standards. This role contributes directly to achieving branch targets within a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information and recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Actively promote products and promotions, meet individual and store sales targets, and close sales through effective questioning and upselling.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, ensure pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
• Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges following company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with colleagues and store leadership to achieve daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members as needed.
• Follow cash-handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to protect assets and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 years in a retail or customer service environment.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and basic product knowledge.
• Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Physical Demands: Able to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock as required, and perform routine store tasks.
• Legal Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
