About NICE ONE

NICE ONE is seeking a Salesperson to join its retail team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated to engage with customers and contribute to sales objectives.

Role Overview

The Salesperson will be a key member of the in-store team, responsible for delivering positive shopping experiences, driving product sales, and maintaining merchandising standards. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving branch targets within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, assess their needs, provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Proactively promote products and current promotions, work to meet individual and store sales targets, and close sales using effective questioning and upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to advise customers confidently.
• Operate cash registers and payment systems accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members as needed.
• Adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to protect assets and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering friendly, responsive service and building customer relationships.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock as required, and perform routine store tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities in a retail environment.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
