About OneAccount and the Role

OneAccount is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves owning the day-to-day operation, stability, and security of the company's technology environment. The IT Manager will also be responsible for leading a small team of engineers and administrators, ensuring efficient and secure IT operations across the organization.

Role Scope and Core Responsibilities

The IT Manager oversees the entire technology landscape, encompassing cloud infrastructure, enterprise network and security, systems and asset management, and the IT process framework. This role ensures that all technology delivery is controlled, auditable, and aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the availability, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud and hybrid environments, including capacity planning, workload migration, infrastructure automation, backup, and disaster recovery against defined RTO/RPO targets.
• Operating the enterprise network (LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, routing, and switching) and the security stack, which includes firewalls, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and vulnerability management. This also involves supporting incident response and maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Administering server, virtualization, and storage infrastructure, and owning the full IT asset lifecycle from procurement to secure decommissioning. Responsibilities extend to maintaining an accurate asset register and running monitoring and alerting across infrastructure and services.
• Owning end-to-end change and release management, including impact assessment, approvals, scheduling, and rollback planning. The role also drives DevOps and CI/CD practices with development teams and manages incident and problem resolution to root cause.
• Maintaining IT policies, procedures, and documentation, while also leading and developing the IT operations team. This includes vendor and budget management, and reporting on service performance, risks, and projects to senior management.

Required Qualifications

This position is open to Saudi nationals only. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, network, and systems operations, with a total experience range of 5-10 years.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership within an IT operations context.

Essential Skills and Practical Experience

• Hands-on experience operating production cloud environments.
• Solid grounding in enterprise networking and information security principles and practices.
• Practical experience with ITIL-aligned process management frameworks.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
