IT Support Specialist

About the Role

moomoo is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves acting as a Senior IT Engineer for the Saudi Arabia branch, serving as the technical backbone for local IT delivery. The specialist will manage local IT infrastructure, operations, security, compliance, and asset management end-to-end as an individual contributor, while also functioning as a key IT liaison between the China HQ and the subsidiary. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement corporate IT standards, policies, and security requirements, aligning local infrastructure with global IT architecture.
• Drive initiatives and ensure remediation closure, providing regular updates to HQ and local management, including incident escalation and resolution status.
• Independently deliver IT infrastructure projects for offices and client-facing sites, covering site survey, cabling planning, hardware deployment, and system commissioning.
• Establish a standardized PC endpoint framework, managing bulk deployment, ongoing support, and troubleshooting of business applications.
• Maintain AV conferencing systems, access control, CCTV, IP telephony, and multi-function printers.
• Administer DNS and DHCP network services and independently resolve a wide range of network incidents.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and software licenses, including requirement gathering, annual budget planning, procurement, inventory record, maintenance, periodic audit, and asset retirement.
• Administer core enterprise systems such as AD, PBX, email platform, enterprise virtualization platforms (*, Citrix), and NAS storage systems (*, Synology).
• Provide on-site support alongside the HQ network team, liaise with local network operators and exchanges, and handle office server rooms, network equipment, and data center issues.
• Develop technical documentation and operational SOPs to standardize local IT workflows.
• Support the local IT compliance and security program by interpreting regulatory requirements, implementing information security controls, running risk assessments and security awareness training, and acting as the local point of contact for regulators, external auditors, and internal compliance on IT-related matters.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, operations, security, and compliance.
• Experience with IT asset and software license management.
• Proficiency in administering core enterprise systems including AD, PBX, email platforms, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of network services such as DNS and DHCP.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as an individual contributor while collaborating with the China HQ and local management.
