About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking an experienced IT Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for overseeing the efficient management of our IT assets and inventory, ensuring operational excellence and strategic support for our technology infrastructure.

Role Purpose and Impact

The IT Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of IT warehousing and inventory management. This includes managing the complete lifecycle of technical assets, from procurement to disposal. The position plays a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, achieving service level objectives, and driving continuous improvement within the IT logistics framework to support various company operations and projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT Warehouse & Inventory Management operations and the lifecycle of technical assets.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, inventory, maintenance, distribution, and delivery of hardware, equipment, and spare parts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and achieve defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage asset requests and ensure their timely provision to various teams, projects, and data centers.
• Support IT Operations, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery initiatives through effective management of backup inventory.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Barcode/RFID technologies, and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
• Manage demand and inventory forecasting to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering strong coordination with IT teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Warehousing or IT Logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), IT Asset Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Strong knowledge of Hardware Lifecycle & Asset Management principles, including secure asset and data disposal practices.
• Proven experience in SLA/KPI Management, Inventory Control, and Demand Planning.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and vendor management.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies, Lean/Agile principles, and Change Management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and navigate crisis situations effectively.
• PMP or ITIL certification is considered a strong advantage.
