Role Overview: Senior Influencer Manager

NTU International is currently preparing a proposal for a significant project titled "Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf." In this context, we are establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts, including a Senior Influencer Manager, to be engaged on a part-time, short-term, and on-demand basis. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Project Context and Objectives

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical, and logistical communication support to DG MENA. This support will facilitate the planning, development, and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities. The aim is to strengthen the visibility, outreach, and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives, and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf region. The project implementation period is 36 months.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Non-Key Expert – Influencer Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing influencer engagement strategies aligned with DG MENA's communication objectives.
• Identifying, assessing, and managing relationships with influencers, digital creators, and opinion leaders across relevant target audiences.
• Supporting the planning and execution of influencer campaigns promoting EU policies, initiatives, and partnerships.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Coordinating influencer activities with broader communication and social media campaigns.
• Advising on audience engagement strategies and emerging digital communication trends.
• Supporting the development of campaign concepts, messaging, and digital content.
• Liaising with communication teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure effective campaign delivery.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Non-Key Expert role should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in influencer management, digital communications, or a related field.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time engagement. Experts will be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during the 36-month project implementation period. The salary for this position will be discussed during the selection process.
